Because life as we know it subjects us to the trauma of losing loved ones, we have begun a ministry to help each other cope with those losses. We all struggle with how to cope with that absence. How we find the strength to over come the numbness, anger, depression, or emptiness, is what we all need and seek.

It is our hope that, with the promises found in the Bible and from Jesus Christ, we can come together to support each other in our times of sorrow and hopelessness.

We have put together a 13 week program with a team of volunteers and resource material that we hope will help you through this process. , We will be meeting in the living room of the Hospitality House (3625 Kingston Pike) next to the Knoxville First Seventh-day Adventist Church Gym.  We suggest that you park In the large church parking lot and walk to the house.  In addition to the 13 week program, two additional weeks will be added at the end to include two more video/ and small group discussions. The videos are entitled Loss of a Spouse and Surviving The Holidays. We encourage participants to register and attend even if the program has already begun.

Griefshare Seminar held on Monday evenings in the Hospitality House living room,

(3625 Kingston Pike - Please park in adjacent church parking lot.)
